Meditation only works if you really meditate, that’s if your mind goes thoughtless and then it eventually relaxes to make you feel better. I usually couldn’t meditate in the beginning, so I did some yoga along with just meditation…it was helpful. Do pranaya/breathing exercise…it relaxes your mind a lot. Take care 🧑
