Gratitude

I'm getting deeper and deeper into homesickness. I have moved to a new city recently, I don't have any close friends here, just some acquaintances. I have never felt this alone ever, I don't even want to talk to my family because I'm not in a condition to talk. I've always been someone who motivates others and keeps spirits up of everyone around, but this is the first time I'm experiencing homesickness myself. I know I can make plans but I just don't want to, infact some of my colleagues are planning a weekend trip and they really want me there, but I just don't want to. I just keep crying, and my head hurts with so much pain, I have never experienced anything like this before. I don't want to take anyone's advice, not follow google's solutions. I don't think I'll be following anything from comments too, but still I wanted to vent this out here. Thanks for reading whoever did.

Hello there
I would love to hear your thoughts on the problem I'm posting on here. I've been overthinking about it alot and been scared since the past 3 - 4 days.

I started dating my best friend of 8 years, last September. So I am generally insecure in my relationships and get possessive of my partner. Things were good in the beginning and he used to always reassure me that nothing is wrong. 

In September, he went to Mangalore for his personal family work. And I happened to read his chats with his nieces (not related by blood) where he's flirting with them. I ignored it because he told me it was all in fun. In October again he went to Mangalore and I again read his chats where he's sexting her (he has given me instagram log in ID). 

I decided to break up with him in October. Since then we've just been fighting because he says he can't let me go and I don't wanna be with him because he's a narcissist. Last week he happened to threaten me and told me to watch my back and that he will destroy me. I've been a little paranoid since then and have gotten two panic attacks.

My problem is I cannot share this with my family as they will blame me only for everything. 

I don't know what to do and I don't wanna make a big scene out of this issue.

Breakup

I'm over being anxious all of the time, I'm tired of constantly imagining the worst scenarios to ever happen in my head, am I a masochist?? Why can't I just quit it?? it's become almost a routine, to play the music as loud as I possibly can, choose a song that will make my heart beat and make it harder to breathe until I'm fully having a mental breakdown and I can't stop crying. I got used to it, and every day it felt worst. I knew I was not okay when I didn't even have the energy to cry anymore when I couldn't even think properly, I didn't even have the energy to get stressed out for nothing. After almost a decade I've finally grown able to be numb to the pain. I would like to say that this is over but I know it won't be. Whenever I think I'm doing well something always has to happen and ruin it for me again however I promised myself not to think about how long the happiness might last while I'm happy. I have the tendency to think that I need a bad day for every good one that I have and it doesn't have to be like that. Not everything good has to come with consequences, sometimes one can actually just be happy for a while and whatever happens after has nothing to do with it.
