My dad he has orthodox mindset. And that doesn't allow me to live on my own terms. I feel like he doesn't trust me and never allows me to go out and suggests to do everything at home. Just to not hear his harsh comments, I have stopped going out. But it's making me more anxious and self doubting my worth because if I ever fail in doing  any task in future, he will automatically blame it on my personal life and how exploring more, making friends ruined my life. Everyday i cry and wished i had supercool parents.

The reality of the world I live in is that no one knows anything except for what they are told the the king son will become king .

People earn money 💰💰 for there family just to prove others and themselves that thes is my duty to get respect from other in social. Is it worth it?!!!

Anyone know how to get rid of this perfectionist behaviour ? 
I have a paper to write and I can’t write anything and the due date is tomorrow and I have no freaking clue what to put in because my mind likes to make things even more complicated by disagreeing with my ideas
