Dear Fellow Empaths,
It’s confession time from my end. I finally mustered the courage to walk away from a toxic group which used to target me on my ethnic identity. Walking away was hard and I have cried twice already. I hope I can keep up the courage like you all do and not go back. And for the rest of you- please walk away from friends who don’t respect u. Being alone is way better. Love and hugs

Oh I learned this the hard way. I’m so glad you found the courage to do this for yourself and save yourself from more suffering!
