DAY 6:
It is wise to direct your anger towards problems - not people; to focus your energies on answers - not excuses (William Arthur Ward)
Itβs said that itβs better to respond than react when angry. Sometimes, itβs hard to hold back when one is angry, but holding it back is a virtue. Anything can be tamed with a little bit of practice - even anger. So the next time you feel youβre about to burst, count till ten, or burn some calories by doing some form of exercise, or listen to some soothing music, or do anything to take your mind off your current situation - trust me, your ability to respond calmly will bloom back as a wonderful blessing in the long run! :')
Cheers,
