Please don’t just scroll past this post. I need help and I need it urgently. It’s not a crisis but it’s not something that can wait until tomorrow or something. So just. Please don’t ignore this.

Can someone please give me motivation to eat? I’d prefer if it came from someone who’s also struggled with an ED or at least understands that “just eat, you’re beautiful the way you are” or other shit like that doesn’t help, because I need real motivation, because if someone doesn’t intervene, I know I won’t eat anything today (won’t even have to eat dinner because my parents are going out tonight so my brother and I are just gonna get pizza or smth) but that “MoTiVaTiOnAl” shit doesn’t help. I need someone who understands and knows the feeling, but who has made it out and can actually help me. Please. This is a really bad relapse and I need to get out of it but I’m stuck and I need someone to intervene and motivate me to eat in a way I can actually listen to.

Hey, I totally understand your situation, I’m going through the same thing, But see if you don’t eat then your hairs would get weak, your skin wouldn’t glow much, you would have dark circles and we don’t want that right

Hey! I’m sorry, I’ve never struggled with ED, but I still want to help :< Would it help if you tried making food as beautiful as it can be? Like, cut some carrots in fun shapes, some nuts around it and a few bits of chocolate, make a photo of this and maybe try to eat it as a snack to a movie? Or play a game with your brother and the looser (or the winner) gets to eat some small treat, like a piece of apple? So sorry if it’s total crap, I hope you’ll be okay <3

I’m late to reply but I would say that not eating is hurting you right? The stomach pains and dizziness or the weird feeling in your body thing of every meal as a solution to that or atleast that meal. I mean even if it feels like it one meal will not effect you as much as you think. Think of it as a challenge and the prize will be a good mood. Idk if it helps but don’t give up it’s hard but better than being dead.
