Frustration

I actually kinda hate my life. I'm way too anxious and it's like my mind is controlling me instead. There's no one in my family who will actually listen to me, and i just want to burst into tears all the time. I feel like i am letting everyone down including myself. I don't want to be here anymore. For so long, all i wanted is to be happy, but it's so hard to find. I should feel loved and happy and safe.....but i don't feel any of that. I feel useless and disapointing and lazy. 

Depression

i can’t live with this hate no more. i’m full of it and i’m so tired. i hate myself so much it’s too hard living like this. istg i’m trying, i’m fucking trying but it’s never working out. there’s literally no reason living like that. i’m stuck with this body and this person my whole life. if i hate myself i can’t fucking live bro. i can’t. there’s no point. 

Anxiety

Why worry about things that are already happened and connot control things that are going to happen

I can't deal with sorting out everyone's problems anymore! I just want to end myself!

3am Thoughts

I'm 26...and I still am so anxious with my life...I still have not experienced many things due to anxiety and it's rising up as anger. Even with therapy, I still find it hard to fight past the anxiety..I feel like I'm always perched on the fence, but too afraid to make the leap...and then I go back into hiding....this is with anything...career...friendships...relationships...I"m trying to put my shaky past behind me.. But it still makes me angry.. And I feel like I haven't gone as far as I should have by now...this notion always makes me feel like it's too late...or that I have to go down a path I never intended in taking ....I can't stay on track with the path I shouldve been on.

Career

Idk where to start..im happy with my guy, im inlove with him, we also have 2 kids together but i wanna hang out wit this guy i used to talk when i was younger. I dont even have any friends like i used to before tht i had alot of people to talk to, express my feelings nd now i feel...lonely. every text i do is all hidden cuz my guy then gets mad. At night i sometimes cry regretting things ive done or things i didnt accomplished, imaging how my life would be if i chose differently.
