there’s these techniques i have beem trying to do lately coz even i havent been able to focus on any since a year now :)

1. plan out your day as soon as you wake up . even if its in bits and pieces , kuch to sochlo … DO NOT USE YOUR PHONE AS SOON AS YOU WAKE UP PLSSSS
2. when you feel fresh , think bout how you will do and whatyou willdo for 60 seconds …

3. first plan on reading just for 5min , or just a page … keep low on targets initially and it helps yaar

yea , like i kept small small targets … not like how all of us go like… these these chapters

haan to see πŸ˜‚ idk im extreme πŸ˜‚ but i have to coz i have no choice so πŸ˜‚

yaar as soon as you wake up , STAY AWAY FROM ANY ELECTRONIC GADGETS … at least for some 2 hours ( this is from when you wake up )

phir what i do is , it depends on when i feel a lil ( comparitively ) active than other times , to tab, i like sort of plan that… okay so i will trynna read for 10min … just 10min

and then while reading , suppose i havent finished a page in 10min, i go like…yaar 1 page poora khatam krdenge and thats when the time goes more than 10min … see for me , at this state , more than 10min is a big thing

another extreme thing which i was talking bout is,… record a time lapse of you trying to study or read. I KNOW THIS SOUNDS LAME AND WEIRD AND BLAH BLAH, I THOUGHT THE SAME BUTTTTTT IT ACTUALLY HELPS not even exaggerating . like , so when you’re conscious about your phone recording , first of all you getting distracted by your phone is very lesss (which is very important for me) + when you’re conscious , you obviously wouldnt want your phone to record you doing nothing hai na ? … if you get that consciousness even a little , you tend to sort of put in more efforts ki bhaii video mei to ache lage … and like… after youyre done , when you see the time lapse… it actually sort of makes me feel better ki han bhai chalo orr banaenge and…idk i have reached to 2 hours 45min :') im so soo gladddddd hope this works… all the best oye

see at times it may feel like… i aint able to do 2 pages , how will i be able to complete a chapter and a whole syllabus ? and that’s when we feel over whelmed and the lil amount of hope that we ever had , goes away .

ik it’s not easy to control our minds from thinking that way , but for this , keep your environment and company motivating and positive . That helps a lot too , ki kabhi hota hai na ki … yaar wo bhi kar raha chalo mai bhi kar leta hu and if there’s anything of this sort which can help, then do say … i gotto study too , we could motivate and positively reinforce each other maybe idk hehe
