Confused... I want to leave alcohol..bcz every one day I am alcoholic, but my mind never accept it...I am confused is I am wrong or write...when I am in hangover I feel I will never drink , but when I recovered I will what is wrong in this ....

Umm I'm having a weird smell down there don't know what's the reason is but it's weird smell and argh I'm not having any issues while peeing but rhe smell

I’m scared that I might become an alcoholic. When I get sad I have to fight the urge to drink and I find that very concerning.

I am considering sobriety...again. I am afraid of failure. I am afraid that I won't be fun or have fun. I am afraid I can't relax without alcohol. It is my biggest coping mechanism.

I hate this rn i'm panicing because I didn't drink (it usually calms me but- I do bad shit when drunk) idk what to do

Summer precautions -Try staying hydrated by drinking adequate water regularly. Eat fruits rich in water content like oranges, watermelons, cucumber, lemons, etc. You can also drink fruit juices or smoothies in summer to keep yourself fit and hydrated as it can prevent dehydration and heatstroke.
