Girlfriend

When I opened his insta without his notice I found he's cheating on me which he isn't feeling guilt... He's completely fine he's isn't bothered about this relationship but y am I the only one who is struggling..... I feel so anxious when my mind strikes with a thought that he's no more interested in me and he's ok letting me go 😣.... I love him so much but I don't want him..... I want to move on I'm trying but I feel pain.😣.... I feel something crushing my heart..... Any suggestions to reduce the pain.... I just don't want to care at all... He lost me but it's hurting me.... I really wanted to forget everything, this pain, those memories every single thing

Anxiety

hello so my bsf/bf just broke up with me and idk how to feel.i feel alot of differnet feelings .
he picked me up from a really dark place and showed me i can be loved being a single mother
he told me he didnt want anything to do with since of our history and no ik ur thinking i cheated but no i promise i didnt 
anyways yea he blocked me off everything and i thought i could be ok bc he gave me closer but no this shit hurts so bad 
i am tired of telling ppl i am ok and that happy just to cry alone a night 
i am reallly starting to think that love is point less and that there is no one out there for me
i feel so alone and empthy i have no friends or anything. sometimes i just want someone to talk to me to listen and to help get through this

Breakup

My best friend is upset with me. He and I know each other since 4 years. He's someone I can never imagine to lose. What to do? 

3am Thoughts

I was in a 4 year relationship, we broke up 6 months back. Many guys have tried on me since  they are really impressive and got great personalities but I just can’t or don’t want to   I spoke to a few , not to lie the conversation was quite exciting and  engaging  but if you ask me if would go out with them for a date I just can’t.  even if they are what I would want.  

1. I just can’t imagine myself being all chirpy bouncy  or happy like was in  the relationship before.  

2. a part of me wants to but I’m just tired.  

3. What will my ex think… maybe we had a dim chance to get back and I blew it off. Even though he’s said he doesn’t feel anything for me anymore.  
And we haven’t spoken ever since.  
I miss him a lot.  

Would I it be better to go for a casual relationship to heal from the previous one ? 



Love

It’s been 4 years of being in a relationship and since last one year we’re in long distance.
I’m completely in love with this person but now I feel that he’s getting irritated by me. He was so caring and honest buy now he keeps secrets and hide things. From the past 5 days I’m crying because we are having fights but he is just okay with this. He says do what ever you want to do
If you want to stay you can and if you want to leave that is also okay. I can’t leave him. I’m so attached that I’m scared that everything will end. I don’t want to lose him.

Lonely

My ex boyfriend of 2 years was the best and the worst relationship I've ever had. He made me the happiest but also he was toxic at times which he still doesn't realise. Ive never felt more insecure about myself before. He did a lot of things for me too, sacrificed a lot too but also pushed me to the edge before coming to rescue me. I know I'll have to move on now. It's not been long but I still sometimes want to go back to him. Which I really shouldn't. Ik I'll find someone better and that I won't have to put up with so much negativity just for the bare minimum. But I really miss his presence...I feel lonely and now the future is so unclear and scary that I don't want to be a part of it anymore

I've loved him more than I ever love myself. We're close friends and still have communication. I haven't told him yet how I feel but he already gave me hints that he doesn't love me back romantically.  We always talked and that made me emotionally attached to him more. We shared our deepest secret with each other and totally trust one another. And that makes me fall for him even deeper. It's painful to love him, knowing he can't love me back. I know I need to distance myself from him to heal and move on, but I have no courage to do just that. I'm not a masochist, in fact I hate myself for crying literally everyday. I did my best for him, but my efforts were all wasted.  He just don't love me. I know there's no hope.  I'm dumb for pretending I'm fine just to keep talking to him. It's too painful already but I can't bear losing him. I'm confused and filled with insecurities, for I am not enough and will never be enough for him. 

I've just returned from the wedding if my best friend, best friend whom I once dated. It all started 7 years ago, I met him on the first day of my first job. It was an effortless friendship, we just fit into each other's world. All his friends became mine, his family, my family we all knew each other. I have always been the one who do not want to eneter into relationship and love stuff but with him it felt right! We dated for around 8 month, we moved in together with another friend. But all this while he was always scared of a commitment, and for that reason it was easy for him to say that we were just friends at the end. But I got carzy after that, he was my best friend and my life literally revolved around him since we moved in together and worked together, I couldn't let him go. He always said that he never in his life going to go for love again! And even suggested me to stay away when we discussed future prospects. It went on for 5 years, I moved cities to stay away from him and start aftresh but all this while we had our intimate moments every now and then. And one day suddenly I came to know that he's committed to someone from work. The relationship grew stronger, and so did my insecurity, i started questioning our friendship, my place in his life. I started feeling that all my firends discarded me. I've the same feeling till date, I don't feel valued, I feel a burden now, no matter what I do, it never matter. Last year I went for counseling and was diagnosed with clinical depression, when I told my friends this they hardly cared, I then started my therapy. But I hardly see any changes, I'm now a jealous, insecure, neglected person on my own with no friends(i feel that way, tgey always say i'm important). I wish I could think straight. He is now married to that girl and enjoying his honey moon and even 7 years later I'm here posting this anonymously.
