Lonely

Having one of those restless nights again. Need someone to hold me and remind me to breathe. I'm having a hard time. I'm screaming from inside but very much calm on the outside. Tho my hands feel weak and feel like I'm shaking with fear. Trying to sleep but cannot. Disturbed alott. Don't wanna go back to that dark place. Idk what to do. I need someone to hold me rn. 

Depression

I have severe anxiety but nobody tries to understand me and keep finding faults in me in my family .I feel very lonely and helpless like i don't have anybody there for me. Even picking calls make me anxious so i have become distant with my friends.I really don't wanna exist, it's too suffocating.I don't know how to keep going 

Anxiety

I feel anxious from the morning and not feeling satisfied of the way my life is. Cannot share this to my friends as nobody will understand 😖 what I'm going through. It's like hell inside though I'm smiling and acting good on the outside.Frequent headaches as a bonus everyday along with shivering, uncertainty, self doubt,fear, fatigue and what not😣😣. It's an everyday thing by the way

I want to either poison myself or set myself on fire.
