For people who've given up on life, nothing matters, trust me here. The beauty of life doesn't appeal to them. Nothing said externally matters, it's what they think to be right is what they intend to do. I hope such people find the motivation to stay and fight the battles of life. It's not easy for anyone, but with time, things do get better :)

Mental Health

I never thought that coming over any person who is just your friend would become difficult only because u start having feelings for them. 
I m currently going through such a hard stage of continuing being friend as well as trying to get over him. 
Putting a smile on my face in front of everyone and staying happy for him and his girlfriend.
Guys plz give some solutions. Should I start seeing any person to overcome the current situation or should I stay single and get over this.

I don’t want to be this scared of life we only live once just once and I don’t want to waste it being scared, I don’t mind being sad it’s a part but not scared and staying at same place but I just can’t ever move on. 
Everyone says I’m stuck in past which ik I’m but how do I even I mean I don’t give a shot abt my past but then most days I do, I can’t decided what I should be 
I feel like a bipolar I can never decide 

My mind is always active with random thoughts, it’s not calm. I feel hard to fall asleep. The thoughts are so random that it makes no sense. I wish if my mind was calm, so that I feel Free.. and relax, or get some good sleep.

I understand adult friendships can be complicated...but for once I fucking want someone to be there for me when I hit my deepest darkest end...want someone to check on me when I m at my lowest is that too much to ask for...
