Include a lot of protein in your diet. Protein reduces hunger and makes you feel full for longer.

try to busy your mind. sometimes the hinger is a state of kind. the another thing you can try id to switch the diet. salad and juice. avoid junk foods the healthy food will help you to construct immunity and it’s junk food that create obesity. i know one can’t give up on it but while eating one try to share it with others. this way the amount of food yoyr body consume will loosen and you won’t regret having it all alone.

1/ Eat when you don’t feel hungry.
2/ Keep a tracker. A sticky note and tally marks would do. Whenever a strong thought of hunger comes to your mind, note it down. Do this daily. It works with any addiction.
3/ Try intermittent fasting on the weekends. Gradually do it every day.
The goal is 16 hours:8 hours = Fasting : Eat. Only eat from 12 pm to 6 pm.
4/ If that is hard, start skipping breakfast.
5/ Understand that overeating is done to numb down unconscious emotions and thoughts. Address those and you won’t have to do the first 4.

Does that make sense?

Hi!
- Drink water when the hunger arises you’ll not feel the need to eat then.
- Have small portions throughout the day rather than big portions. Breakfast needs to be heaviest, then lunch and dinner lightest. In between have small things like fruits, chana, etc which are healthy too.
- Take time to chew as you’ll feel full soon and your mouth and mind accept it that way.

Most importantly, you need to be determined to do it despite it nothing works. 🌈🀝

Keep yourself occupied in some works where your mind and hands are busy. Be aware of your body. When u eat on time and eat a fistful of food u might feel hungry but u feel light and active. If you remember that, u surely want that feel everyday. For that awareness towards how u will feel after completing what u r eating is very important.

Now very important is to eat before u r hungry and to eat protien and fat rich food which will keep u full and less tempted for post meal junks. If u r a non vegetarian include eggs, meat etc in your meal. Don’t eat tasteless food. Use good amount of oil , spices , ghee etc. But be mindful of your portions. Coz after eating how you fell is very important. If you are vegetarian, take lots of sprouts, coconut, ghee etc.

And include zero sugar in your diet. In coffee, tea or milk add jaggery. Try for 3-4 days. How u feel, motivates you to do it frequently. And in months it will become your routine.
