Can someone suggest me a remedy on headache… Like I’m getting frequent headache… I wake up at 6 in the morning then go to clg and after the headache is so much that i can’t even study…

The front or the side or the back, mostly the front that is above eyes and also in the side

Okay I cannot precisely say but the kind of headache you are experiencing maybe stress/tension headache or migraine

Stress headache is basically bcz of the usual stuff and the pain is on your forehead side and back of your head as if a hair band has been tied tightly. You can have painkillers for it. You should be okay

Migraine is severe and it involves your forehead and more like the front of your face too. For that you need to lie down with lights off and just close your eyes it should survive.

If both dont work… You may consult a physician. Hope this helps

Have you tried aspirin? Ibuprofen? You may ask your chemist for it. Or just a stronger med for headache. He will give you. I dont remember the commercial names of these medication.

I haven’t tried this but the chesmist mostly givea crocin Or dolo only, so idk what to do… I did took them but the pain isn’t going

I get sleep of 7 to 8 hrs and have ny breakfast, lunch and dinner at perfect timing.
