Can someone say what to do when we feel like we don’t have the mental strength to face daily situations in life? How to improve mental strength? I face lot of anxiety n panic attacks… even now I’m experiencing one as I type this… I feel good when I go for therapy… but now due to the pandemic it’s more of online sessions only and I’m not able to focus… so I stopped it …
