Hey ,

Anxiety is the body and mind’s response to a perceived fearful situation. Some level of anxiety is important to be alert and aware. This is called caution.
Always choose caution over fear. Fear of death is the root cause of fear.

Caution is being alert while crossing a street. Fear gets mixed in and now you are shaking while crossing it, while a speeding car is few hundred metres away. It doesn’t make sense but it happens. Simply knowing that you are safe and what the situation is resolves fear.

All fears are illusions because you can’t experience physical death. It’s a response to perceived danger mixed in with healthy caution. Triggering yourself with anxiety, and accepting plus releasing the sensations is a good way to resolve it.

Anxiety also arises out of fear of failure. Fear of failure can be minimized by knowing that we are responsible only for our intentions and not the results.

The results aren’t personal. They are dependent on many external factors including our choices. Many people, institutions, and conditions are involved in that.

Easy way to bypass fear is to stop fearing the sensations of fear itself. Let fear be there. Let the sensations of anxiety be there, and stop fearing or feel guilty/shame about having it.

I get anxious every time when I have to talk to my teachers many times in viva also I know the answers but I get anxious so my mam gives me 0 mark because she thinks idk anything, how can I change my self and I have no confidence in front of teachers and while talking in English to toppers

No dude. You have some impression in your mind on teachers. First change that impression.
Teachers won’t punish or beat you if you say wrong answers.

So you are saying whenever you have to face someone you get anxious because you are not what they think you are. You are assuming that they see you differently. Is this the same way you see yourself subconsciously?

This is the shadow self of you. In situations like this, the inner child is thought of as a person without confidence in the eyes of the inner parent. It is constantly correcting and monitoring you. Ignore it, start being aware of what it is, that’s aware of the thoughts/sensations/body/emotions/feelings.

Look you can heal from this. Stop looking for techniques. Just let go of the limiting beliefs that you have. Trying to be confident will mean that internally you aren’t confident. So you’ll forever be battling that part of you.

Instead, move to a paradigm where the question of lack of confidence isn’t there. You just are. No adjectives. You are aware of being aware.

Try doing Letting Go practices and Death meditations. Contemplate death 5 times a day. When you are faced with death all irrelevant fears and negativity drops. You are left with what you are.

Look at these anxiety moments as golden opportunities. Seek out for them. The more you resist it, the more it will build up. These precious moments come to you to be surrendered to God. To be let go. When you stop resisting it and stop modifying it, the energy behind it will diminish.
