I have biggest crush with my collegue. We doing part time job together. He soft spoken and also kind man. He do voluntering work under MERCY. He older than me like 12 years gap. He almost 50 years old. He notice small things about me for example what earing I wear. He matured and I do love to have deep conversation about life with him.. i think he be nice and kind with everyone:. But I like him so much.. 

We have go out many times, normally with other friend. But everytime he talk with me and look into my eyes, my mind will said, owh he have beautiful eyes.. his eyes like my father.. sometime I cant look back at him because I feel blushing.. i really want him to like me. But i dont know how to ask. I afraid he reject me. And he just be nice because he is nice man. And if I confest to him how I feel, then he dont like me as I like him, so we will have awkward moment when we work together.

i'm just gon' rant about what i feel today. so, i have this 4 years friend and he likes meee, we're talking for about 2 weeks now and i'm starting to have feelings for me too, since we're friends for long time. we're always together that's why i start to fall for him too, he's some green flag. I am a girl. The person i like is a recent 3 months old friend but, he is a not so close friend. But i like literally everything about him. I dunno if i should tell him that, we share an amazing bond. Though we dont know many things about each other i would like to know him better. There's a boy I like and initially he told me he likes me too. But now, he says he's just a friend and nothing more. Its so confusing and frustrating at the same time. He even spoke to his family about me. But somehow, now he tells me he's just a friend. And that he's scared to be in a  relationship because of his past relationships that ended badly. What should I do?

We've patched up again after 7 months of breakup. He hasn't said he likes me untill now but I've already told him that i like him, he just replied with yes ok.
