Hey. I understand what you’re going through since I have been through the same.
I know you require companionship but please know that you need to be your own best friend first. There wont be someone to talk to all the time which is fine and it happens to everyone, trust me.
I suggest you to try journaling. I always thought it is useless, I cant write etc. But when I started I felt so light, it reduces stress and anxiety and gives you a way to vent freely. There are a lot of reasons why journaling can help you. Just start and you will know. :)
Also whenever you feel low, watch something funny or something that you like.
You can light up a candle, read a nice book.
Look at yourself in the mirror and do some self care. You will feel amazing. Even if you are a guy wash your face, apply some nice cream everyday at night.
Play some nice music.
Try de-cluttering the area around you.
Its so important to start enjoying your own company first.

There is no format to it or rules to it. You can write everyday or few times a week. You can write about whatever you are feeling. If you write everyday and you cant think of anything to write, you can write down all the things you feel grateful about that day.
Whatever time suits you, you can write then.
You can watch Radhi Devlukia’s video about journaling, I recently saw that or any other video on Youtube about journalling. You will get an idea.
The only rule to it is that you got to be regular and only after some time you will start feeling the affects of it.
So ya go ahead and make a nice journal diary. :)

I used to think of companionship and always thought of it. But now I feel that is also not worth it.no humans are worth investing or cared for.there are no good men.all the same. Now I feel it’s best to be in your own company and not depend on anyone else for accompanying you. Your fine with your self.do what you want n what makes you happy. Rest all is bullshit.love. relationship. Companionship. Marriage is a societal pressure we live in. Like these institutions are coaxing you to live by a rule book. But after whatever has happened now…it’s not worth draining your energy for some one. Investing in someone. Caring for anyone.keep your distance. Live and let live.

I had the same problem.
My first step was to realize, that I don’t have to be afraid of my own feelings. Yeah, they might be uncomfortable sometimes, but just normal body functions.
Just accept how you feel and let your feelings play out, that did the trick for me. It will take some time, before you will be comfortable with them, but start with accepting them.
