Can anyone tell me why are freshers judged on their resume and application not skills. Even if so what do they expect from freshers , why is hiring and teaching skills not a thing when all they talk about is this.
And are there any jobs in finance feild or not ?

Hey!
I’m a fresher too so after my research and being logical and practical will tell you some things. For Finance, there are many jobs for you after Sales/Marketing.
Nowadays, they want EXPERIENCE but we can’t have one so they look at INTERNSHIPS in the same field and ACADEMICS because that matters to them to hire you. Unless you stand out in your skills/extracurricular/co-curricular then academics can be taken secondary. Reputed companies mainly look at this plus the College name/reference and otherwise (companies) overall.
How you present your CV/Resume, the format, details, keywords, all these things matter. I hope you have that in place to say that you give your best still don’t get anything. I hope your interviews are good enough that you’re confident in yourself.
And, you have to apply to 100+ companies to get a call and convert. And, I hope you are applying through various mediums like LinkedIn, Instagram, Internshala etc.
