Increase your food protein intake eat less fat
Sleep well minimum 7-8 hours because when we sleep growth hormone release in our body so donβt compromise with your sleep
Donβt take tension or burden on your brain because it creates hormonal changes
Try it once you will see change
Be patient donβt loose hope it will take time but it will work
What I did when I was your age was - got a pull up bar and hung there for as long as I could. Apparently it gives your system the signal to grow through the spinal cord. Worth a try!

plus im 18. But anyways, your height is your height, its in your genetics. You cant really change it. Like for me, since im Hispanic and Indigenous, growing tall isnβt really an option. Like the purely indigenous people from my country have around a max height of 146cm (for females) and there is nothing wrong with that, it is so adorable. Dont put yourself down no more, you cant control your height
