See moving on is the hardest I agree. But healing stage is interesting painful journey. Loving yourself is the first step. There will be the time when you will I can’t do thus anymore or hate yourself for no reason but stay focus on your healing. Say comforting words to yourself that you want to listen. Take care of yourself like you always wanted to. Treat yourself as the queen/king. You need to teach yourself that you are enough for yourself. Have proper meals. Yeah you’ll face a lot of problems in this but after that you will be fine.

I’ve started to build a routine… i get exercise and have started learning new things but amidst all this i still feel unhappy… i feel frustrated… i does take a lot of time to heal

Yes healing takes a lot of time but don’t you dare to give up. Enjoy the every step of it. At the end of the day appreciate yourself for every little thing. But don’t loose yourself in the way.
