I’d say think about your something you’re good at first. Maybe you’re good at talking to strangers, or you’re good at planning your day. You can move from there to see which type or careers are suitable for you. Then, go and internship for that job and see how you feel about it. You won’t know you like something unless you’ve tried it so go out there and experience life. It will be harder if you’re an introvert but it’s worth getting out of your comfort zone. I’m saying this as someone who changed their major by doing the exact thing. Lastly, keep in mind that careers are not for life, if you change your mind, you can always change it and it’s never too late.

You are absolutely right but I don’t know what I am good at sometimes I feel I am good at this this but some days after I feel that I might suck into that I am really confused about intrests

I think it’s a good idea to ask someone who knows you well. Especially if you are struggling with a mental illness, your evaluation of your worth and skills can fluctuate.

If you’re able to get such service why not? Back then I simply asked my mom and a few close friends and they told me about what I’m good at according to them.
