Get a pet. Honestly it will do wonders. You can share your feelings with it. It will listen to you without judging you. You can hive it a warm hug whenever you feel lonely. You can go on walks with it , hence giving you a chance to exercise and explore new friends.
Pets anyways are attention seekers. They will keep you so busy that you will forget about your anxiety and depression.
