I am stuck in the quagmire of loneliness, I make every effort to get out, if someone offers me my hand I want to hug him, maybe he may not understand my situation but the situation is like this, I like to live alone.  , but I want two or four people with me such that I may stay away from them but they have complete authority over me. My brother is 13 and i want to tell him about periods, basically to normalise them and make him realise it's not a taboo topic or anything. Is he too young though? Should I wait for a couple more years?

Context: I'm on my period and my grandmother was going off about how I'm "impure" and shouldn't enter the kitchen and my brother now thinks I'm cursed😂
