Buckle up everybody, I have a lot to let go.
So basically I’m really depressed. I’m 20 years old with really bad anxiety and absolutely nothing going on in my life. I live with my parents and I’m not currently in school. I have no friends or any kind of social life. I have no goals or any idea what I want to do with my life. All I do is work at a retail job I can’t stand. I thought life would get better when I got out of high school, and for a while it slowly was, then the pandemic hit and completely undid all of the progress I made in managing my anxiety. I haven’t had anyone I would call a close friend in since I was 12, and I have absolutely no experience dating or even really interacting with guys. I feel like I’m going to be alone forever.
Sorry for the negativity, I just don’t have anyone I can talk to.

This pandemic has been mean to everyone. I hope you know everything will fall back in line. discover your interests in your free time. You’re still young, there’s plenty of time. If you want to, you can try dating apps (only if you’re comfortable with it). there are so many online courses that you can take up to improvise your skills. But remember, for a good future, you’ll have to work hard too. This is the time when you can find your interest, work on it and post covid, implement it.

It’s good to share and I think if you don’t have anyone to talk to just talk to your parents about it and you will feel much better. You can also start your social media life and interact with people and make friends😄. And don’t think that you will be alone forever and if you want to talk to somebody just write here and if you feel comfortable you can tell me about your problems. Trust me I am a good listener😊😊

Hey! The pandemic really affected our lives in the most horrible way. I’m sorry you’re stuck at home. Anxiety can also increase during the pandemic. I would suggest you to try meditating and journaling. If you don’t have any close friends, how about reaching out to your cousins? Try to make friends I know it can be really tough but you shouldn’t isolate yourself. Everybody needs people whom they can talk to. Think about what you want to do in life. What interests you? What is something you really want to do? Try discovering more about yourself everyday and you’ll get a clearer idea. And you can always text here too. Take care!
