I am a student who was never a bright child in his childhood and now i am doing CA and i am very afraid of failure again i already failed once in one of my ca exams

I have exam in few days but I did not prepare my fair copy and I don,t  know what I am doing when my exam day come now I am 10th which is I know that this time very important for my  future career life and you know you start your day with doing
 thing and your hole day good to spent but I start my with social media and you understood that how my hole day spend

I'm literally feeling so stressed rn. it's like 4am and today @7.30 theres maths viva which j totally forgot cos of the drama going on at my house for like a week now. I haven't studied even a bit and idk what to do. My this problem may be very small as compared to others but I'm just a 14yo kid. pls help. usually i know what to do in these kinds of situations.

Maaannnn l have a board paper today and l feel so not prepared and l really did hope to get good marks. I am so stressed and l am freaking out, my parents will be damn disappointed if l don't score a 95 above
