Basically human nature is that sometimes we think extensively , our thoghts can be pleasent or unpleasent but the important thing is the more you avoid it the more you think about it so just face whatever it is and it will reduce your blockage

One thing which is bothering me right now is that I’m 25 Years OLD and still don’t have any Job and I haven’t even completed my Graduation yet due to some reasons

I had a recent breakup and it’s hard to live like this, I’m having sooo many bad thoughts and my mind is all over it. I also don’t have many friends and I don’t like to use social media now because I don’t wanna see him and feel bad or anything. I just want to have peace and enjoy my life happily but I’m not able to. I can’t even study and I have exams in 8 days my whole syllabus is pending. I’m stressed and I’m just screwed. Don’t give me any advice to just study and forget everything because it’s easy to say and hard to do. But please help me genuinely. I don’t want to talk to anyone, I want to be alone maybe.

Yeah I am not going to tell you to move on because I know it is hard but what you can do is start doing something that you enjoy like reading ,singing for half an hour every day and if you do it propperly you should gain your focus and peace back

Freaking out or panicking is a sign that you are not that confident so all you have to do is build your confidense by just talking to familier people who are not family

I feel insecure that at the end of the day I am lonely I have no one to share my success or bad things which happened in the day. And all the days I try to do everything but in the end I just listen from my family also that you messed up this or that. I want to share my anger my happiness with someone but I don’t have anyone to whom I can tell.
