Bahut prayaso ke baad bhi neend aane me mili asafalta!!
Somebody please help me ye aab mere roj roj ki aadat si ban gyi hai subah me bhar bhar ke neend aati hai aur raat me neend hi nhi aati. Please kuch upay batafo koi 🥺🤧 dhang ke upay please!

Take a deep breath for 4 sec then don’t exhale till 8 sec more , after 8 sec you can exhale do this 2 or 3 times, it will definitely work
