As i get older to be honest I am afraid that my parents will also getting old and weak. I can't even imagine living without them, I can't lose them. I just can't. that one day, we can't be together having our meals.

3am Thoughts

Well where should I start I got sick back in august stomach problems I threw up a lot I felt so bad that I asked to go to the emergency room the doctor found what it was and gave me medicine then I got sick again in November I threw up again I’m very very very terrified of vomiting it gives me so much anxiety my parents contacted my doctor and I got some more of the same medicine I’ve been taking it since then now it’s January I still feel sick there hasn’t been a day where I’ve felt good or normal idk I’m scared of eating because it makes me nauseous but if I don’t eat im nauseous I’ve been struggling a lot I am scared to shower because I felt nauseous in the shower I keep having to ask my parents to make me an appointment I’ve broken down I’ve told them I haven’t felt well it’s like they don’t care about me my anxiety is really bad and I just feel terrible I can’t do anything about it i finally felt like I was feeling better mentally but now it’s just gone I’m back to where I started I need help I’m sick of this I got a doctors appointment in February but I can’t wait that long what if my doctor can’t help me what if I never feel better? I need it to go away I don’t know what to do does anyone have any tips on how to calm myself when I’m feeling nauseous? Or anything I can do to calm nausea? I would appreciate it very much

I hate feeling like I’m just pushed around…someone who’s thrown to the side after a good time. 14 years down the drain, you cheated i took you back after you begged me to forgive you and you did it again and now you make me feel like it’s all my fault. You left me! I walk away from you after begging you to come back and you hit me up everytime you feel me fading away only to remind me I don’t mean anything to you…and I fall each and everytime. With everyone…why do I have to be such a pushover…I hate this…I hate being me.
