What do you do if you find it so hard to describe a certain emotion?
Listen to guided meditations. Especially the ones about releasing resistance n letting go. Sometimes they help and sometimes when Iβm too overwhelmed i get frustrated n start crying. So any how it releases from my systemβ¦ for a while.
