my ex and I broke up a year ago because he got bored of me. He randomly removed me from insta 3 months ago but i eventually got over him. Now he starts blaming me and talking bad abt me and it breaks my heart and cant let me fully heal

Mental Illness

She said she isnt ready for a relationship but she says she has feelings for me and it’s nothing to do with me etc… she makes sure to talk to me every day, she’s invited me round to hang out and seduced me, then the next day says it’s a mistake, still talks to me every day after?? Invited me to stay over and have a few drinks and she cuddled me and tried to seduce me again but I said no …. I’m so confused. I really love her but I’m hurt, confused and feel like the trust for her is disappearing more and more each time… if she really had feelings for me would be treat me this way? 

3am Thoughts

Nothing is happening good with me. There is no one to talk with me in real life. I took a break from all the social media platforms except this. I don't know what's happening around me. Tell me what should I do for overcome from my loneliness.

Lonely

After some restrictions ended, my schools shifted from online school to offline school. I end up avoiding people for literally no reason at all, I find it hard to approach others and I get extremely nervous at times. I make plans to meet other and end up chickening out at the last moment. 
I seem to have symptoms of social anxiety and I find it hard to approach anyone for the same. 
Is there anything that could help me relieve the symptoms?

Social Anxiety

I have been talking with a guy for the last three weeks. He is sweet and I think I might like him. But the problem is my insecurities from my previous relationships and family issues won't go away. I haven't been with anyone since last 3 years after my breakup. I feel like I will annoy him or he wouldn't be interested in me/ he will get bored of me. And that's happening with almost all of my relationships - friends, partners. I can't talk to new people without getting anxious and thinking they won't like me.
