Y are males more agressive, frustrated and violent than females 

Any guesses ?

Okay I agree there's role of testosterone but I think there's one more factor which leads males to behave agressive and voilent

Males tend to hold a lot of things like there emotions 
I have always heard this dialogue that U don't know how much I have gone through 
Bachpan se hume sikhaya jata ladka hai u can't be emotional 
U can't share emotions , u can't cry
They hold on to there emotions
N which lead that emotions to expressed in anger and frustration

Yeah you are right. More factors are involved other than hormones. You may say most of us are brought up this way I guess.

PTSD

This happened just now and I'm unable to understand if it's true or not!!!!
So I was sleeping peacefully when I felt thirsty then I went out to get water from fridge and apply lipbalm too but suddenly I heard a light whistle sound coming from my ventilator side which is at the corner of the house. I sleep with my mom and siblings in the same room, as soon as I heard that sound I was so scared that I ran back to my room but now I'm confused that it was really true or am I just hallucinating???????
What should I do now I'm so scared and I don't want to wake up others too!!!🥺🤧

Ok so today I did most out of character thing I could have done, I was walking in my university and there was a girl walking with me and she was carrying some plants but she was struggling in that so I said this "do you need my help" she was what? Then I said yes or no? She said yes because obviously she needed that help and we talked about each others course but neither of asked for names.. but I think I should have suggested her to workout a little because plants were very light

I was very happy when I was in my hostal, now I came back home and after 6 month I find nobody around me whom I can talk whenever I wish. My friend who were very caring now don't ever call me .i don't find intrest in anything around me. I see other guys of my age with gf/bf 
. I feel like I m not like them I can't even stand with them. I am now running away from the world. Previously I used to go out but now I ever don't wish to see people around me. I feel uncomfortable, unsecured, I don't know what to say. But deeply I wish I had someone whom I can share my pain. I had lost trust in people wht will they think if I share my lovelyness and pain to me 😞😞😞😞😞
