I am scared of living life, when I was depressed I felt like it was a comfort zone, like a safety blanket, because I couldn't do most of the things because It was hard for me to do things like wake up , eat, take care of myself, I've worked really hard to be in a much better place now, Focus on eating good, sleeping good, working, being organize and I am proud of everything I acomplished because I did it on my own, but outside of the funtional things of life, I am scared of living life like having fun or dating etc in social interactions I feel really bad it makes me want to go back to my safety numb sad blanked but I stop myslef because I know that I feel so much better now and I am not giving up on everything I worked, but is really hard I don't want to live my life just on the funtional  side 

I just need to say that I’m sorry, there’s so many things in my life that I need to apologize for. I feel annoying whenever I apologize like this, but I needed to say it, I’m so so sorry. Even if we’ve never met, I’m just sorry I ever existed.
