Actually i just got the reports of my blood tests, so just wanna have some advice

So what come in that blood report.

As in mine it was a hormonal imbalance plus in my ultrasound I got to know that I have a cyst in my ovary.

Same!
Got an ultrasound and got to know about this cyst! And about the blood tests say there is an imbalance in LH and cholesterol 

Yup it's the same as me.

What was the last time when you had your period?

P.S. Don't worry it is a common disease nowadays just try to follow healthy lifestyle and i am saying it from my personal experience as i just recently got free from it also i don't have a cyst anymore.
What did your doc said?

Well the bleeding hasn't stopped since 15 March and i have never experienced irregular/heavy periods!
Doctor has just prescribed the tests, and there's an appointment tmrw!
I know that i have to lose some weight and opt for healthy lifestyle as you said but it's just a anxiety that is grippin.
Can I ask how long did it take you to recover?

It's depends my case was a bit different as I was not getting my period for about one year I was not having my period.
Then I was getting my period regularly through medicine I would like to add that I was a very lazy person and I was eating a lot of junk food as well as sugary things too.
So it take a lot of time for me to recover as I was not giving up my unhealthy lifestyle.


Now, let me tell you some points that you should take care of as it is not that hard disease.
1.) The constant that you are consulting too do try to contact his other patients and do check about the medicine details which will be prescribed to you(as my first doctor gave me such medicine that disturb my hormones more so do check them out)
2.) Avoid sugar as insulin resistance is developed in the body during this phase.
3.) Eat healthy and exercise regularly as that's the important factor which will help to get better .Also, don't start to exercise extensively do check out your body type  and then follow the exercise accordingly. Take a step after step.
4.) Avoid cold drinks and cold water drink normal water as cold things tend to swell the lower abdomen area.

And don't worry as I said it is a normal disease that every 1 out of 3 girl is facing you can overcome it easily and do check out YouTube videos related to this topic as after having knowledge about this topic you can learn more their are many doctors on the YouTube platform who will tell you the diet that you should follow and the healthy things that you should eat.

It may take 15 or even a month after taking the medicine because when this happened to me, I was bleeding for 1 month, I lost so much blood, I could not even walk properly. It started when I haven't had periods for 3 or 4 months I told my mom but she told me that it is normal and usually I am not having regular periods so later in the report I came to know that I am having PCOS.
