Messed up… i m emotionally very dependent… without reason I end up crying just bcoz I don’t get what I want or the ppl i want…

I feel i m over expecting from ppl ya meri expectations hi galat hai…

when not fulfilled then sb ko aesa hi lgta

ab relax and don’t over think

Not much i think at this time peoples already disappointed me very much

How do you deal with that ??

Before i invested in peoples heavily like i felt im nothing without them or scared to lose but later i understand loneliness is our nature like darkness is the nature of universe and light comes on sometime and then gone same as people come and go but that loneliness always stay there so i finally embrace that thing
