Online classes, heavy burden of course, a constant worry about future (career etc.), loss of pleasure in things that I used to love, low self-confidence, seeing my peers doing so many things and being so active in classes and understanding everything that is being taught

Not everyone is comfortable with those…
So it is ok…
Slowly classroom sessions are starting
So that will be fine…
Worrying about anything is not a solution
Worry aggravates the problems
Ofcourse you must plan ur career
But not take burden
Do it with relaxed n calm mind…
The reasons for you to lose ur confidence-
1.You are overthinking…
2.Taking too much pressure
3.You are comparing yourself with others…

Donot look at your peers
Look at yourself
Also try to be a better version of urself
U take up challenges…

You know what you are brilliant in your own way
Keep reminding urself about this daily…

U may find some easy content…

Make efforts to grasp
