how can someone have so much anger in them?

Getting angry real quick these days and loosing my patience how do i try to control?

Confusion

Idk I've anger issues or you can say ego. The reason is that when I roast someone it's all fine but if someone roast me I get angry very easily and gets offended. If someone casually has high tone I usually get in an argument as I don't want someone who talk to me in high tone but if I does it's totally fine. Or someone taunt me the moment can get quite heated.

do y'all have anger issues too? like I usually get angry when someone tries to assert dominance or someone shouts at me for something I never did. I usually feel my heart pacing faster and later idk why I cry. Because of this I did have verbal fights in my college too.

hey guys, 
i recently had a breakup i feel much better at the moment but there is still anger in me. there are so many things I want to say to him and how he hurt me. does anyone have any tips on how to get rid of that anger?

Just wanted to share something, hope this helps someone like me. I have a very bad habit of reacting to things on impulse. And by reacting i mean overreacting. Getting angry/upset and this often makes it difficult for people i hang out with. What i am trying these days is refraining myself from responding when something triggers me- atleast for a minute, even leave the room if i have to (yes i have to go that extreme its pathetic) but this seemed to help me a little. I was able to calm down, come back and was able to ignore little things which would have caused a lot of drama from my end earlier. Not saying it’s perfect yet, but trying! Everyday.
