An stressful situations me insaan mental health pe dhyaan de ya physical?
Whenever there is an emotional burnout, i tend to eat ALOT of junk. Otherwise, in normal situations i am always health conscious about how i eat and what I do to workout.
But, jab se ghar pe aayi hu, periodically har 2 weeks me ek total emotional and mental failure hota hi hai. Use kaise deal karna hai ye to abhi seekh rahi hu, par meanwhile, jab bhi itna junk khati hu…joki us time boht zaruri lagta hai, par baad me guilty feel hota hai kyuki sari mehnat 3-4 din me barbad.
Guilty feel hota hai ki kitni irresponsible hu apni hi body ki taraf.
Aur mental health ka to rehne hi do, kabhi aur bataungi, boht time lagega.
But ye physical health vs mental health in times of utter emotional lows ki dilemma me please koi help karo, please :/

In time of stressful situation just sit back and relax. It’s okay to do nothing. Your as a person matter before your physical health. Eat whatever you like and just enjoy life

Really? I can?? What about the weight gain and the weight that i already don’t lose? I have a dream, ever since i hit puberty, i had been the same size. It had been so so so many years but i am still insecure about the way i look and about the way people judge me (may or may not idk) about my weight. i just want to fit in amd be that hot girl that everyone likes. Sometimes it just feels too materialistic and shallow over all of my feminist views, but deep down i still want to fit in. I am not even that overweight btw, just for the information, but deep down i just feel this way and can’t even help it

You don’t need to fit in into someone’s expectations but you need to be yourself. I know it is hard to handle yourself with so many thoughts going on within you. But trust me dear your beautiful inside out. I want you to enjoy your life and stressing will just lead to a more unhealthy life. Have a good sleep and just enjoy life. Work out and have fun doing it. Don’t compel yourself and your are beautiful my dear just don’t loose hope
