After my ex leaked my self harm pictures also claiming that she wanted to leave me 6 months back(leading me on for 6 months), she came and told me a few days back that you are too sensitive and you overthink a lot and in my head I was like you put me in a place where I had to overthink because of the judgement I received from the society. I do not know how to comprehend this situation.Is it a crime to be sensitive? If I am a boy I need to be all strong ?

there is no harm in being sensitive. Being sensible is a emotion, it doesn’t come with a gender that says every girl has to sensitive and every boy has to hard and able to hide is feeling. No, not at all. Boy you are rare here in this world. Do not ever think that you are wrong.
Secondly, you should confront your ex and make her realise that what she did is a crime and unethical is all ways. She have no right to leak pictures, it can destroy you mentally, emotionally and physically.
Stay strong and i will suggest you that please make her feel bad for what she has done is wrong.
Thirdly, ik overthinking is bad and is full of stress. So what i will suggest for is whenever you feel that you are overthinking on a topic, MEDITATE, start focusing on your breathe. It will help you being calm.

Hey so I did confront her so many times but she was so cold to it,all she said was sorry and just ghosted me for a month or two and now she acts as if nothing has happened and it is all cool
