Push your boundaries a little at a time… instead of just rushing into it… if your doctor suggests you are fit to do strenuous exercises… go for it…

You can loose weight later when you are healed but injuries and diseases can make things worse…

and trust me cramps sirf 2-3 din ke hote hain…
utna toh sehna padega hi…
