This week is coming to an end, but I've not finished even half of my weekly goals , I'm ready for the exam coming up but I didn't finished my goal 😡😐. I'm angry with me. Even I felt sick today because I never had enough sleep this week and worked out a lot to lose a few kgs. I'm so angry with me as well as I'm tired. Spend a few dollars at hospital, my hard earned money. When will I complete my syllabus if I'm falling sick like this!!!!!! Ughhhhhhh!!!! I'm so angry with me

3am Thoughts

Want to commit suicide.i am 26 and still unemployed, despite being a master in technology. Its not like i have not put my effort towards my career, but 80% of competitive exam i score 1 or 2 marks less then required. It has happened to me for past 6 exams continuously. I can not take it in anymore....

Hi. I am a doctor. I just finished my MBBS and now preparing for PG entrance. I have been studying a lot. But obviously that's not enough. It's because it is one of the toughest exams for us. There are some days when i don't study at all and take breaks in between, but then i feel guilty about it. Normally also, i dont study all day all night, like how my friends are studying right now. 12-14 hours a day. And they are scoring better in Mock exams too. I was serving in Covid wards all these months and didnt get much time to study. I am just stressed and I dont know what to do. I have been an average student throughout my life and I kind of feel like this is the only chance I have to prove something. Its not that i dont study or I over study. But i am never AT PEACE. NEVER. I just cant tell you all how much stress i AM going through. Some advice or just some calming words will be appreciated. Thank you. 

Frustration

I want to study freely but my anxiety and self doubts comes along. Even my surroundings is discouraging. There is so unhealthy competition. It's really suffocating. Nobody understands me. I feel distinct lonely and rejected
