I got tested positive on covid, so now I have to stay in the quarantine. To kill the time I decided to make crochet flower bouquets for my friends :) I hope they will like it

M covid positive. It's my third day. Because of anxiety,I face breathing problems. Could anyone let me know how to control it?

THIS LOCKDOWN LIKE SITUATION IS GIVING ME MAJOR PTSD FROM LAST YEAR. It's honestly been super tough on my mental health (and i'm sure others' too) with the constant anxiety of not knowing what will happen next or when something will happen. Just needed to vent. To whoever is reading this, please wear a mask and PLEASE PLEASE tell covid to leave us all alone.

I was very indirectly exposed to covid. It was a mere quick passing through. I work as home care employee. Everyone has had their shots. Should I still be honest, tell my boss and clients, and be diligent with mask,ect... most people think I should be ok?? But it's really not about me,is it? Can't afford the loss of hours either tho...I hate these kinds of conflictions!!! Fml!

Sending all the positive vibes. I'm under a lockdown in my city due to rising covid cases. I feel confined in four walls. And I've been working from home which is causing alot of stress. Please suggest me things to do to feel motivated. 

Mental Wellbeing

my country is getting worse because of this pandemic. and now im not going out from my house nearly 3 months and try to avoid social activities with anyone. but the amount of cases everyday is like crazyyy. 7000 cases per day is not a joke. 

you know how is it feel when you try to follow the rules as good as you can but nothing is working. those people still go on with their life like nothing happened. and because of people like them, i need to stay here like a rock

same day, same work, same problem, same medical issue. and as medical student i feel like i will get depressed after 2 second
